I am particularly interested in working with people who wish to bring a greater sense of purpose into their lives. This typically means exploring and challenging beliefs that drive current behaviors as well as identifying steps to a greater understanding of one’s self and intimacy.

My personal style is direct and honest with humor and warmth. I work in partnership with clients to build on their insight, strengths, and support systems to address a variety of life’s challenges including depression, anxiety, intimacy and sexual issues. I do not believe in one approach for everyone. I use a broad spectrum of knowledge, experience and training to respond to the uniqueness of each individual and situation.

Clinical Training
I have a masters degree in social work with an emphasis on couples and families. I have received advanced training in many areas but tend to practice solution focused, inclusive therapy. Working from a strengths-based model I also assist clients in exploring family-of-origin issues.

Hours
I am available for appointments the following days:

• Mondays
• Thursdays
• Fridays

Fees
I find it helpful to have the first session be an extended one as there is a great deal of information to be shared. Clients may then opt for regular or extended sessions.

Regular sessions (50 minutes): $90.00.
Extended sessions (75 minutes): $135.00.
